Sadness is such a taboo thing in our society🖤

Grief and sorrow is a totally normal process and part of life. But something we very rearly talk about on social media🖤


Today I wanna hold space for your sorrow, and any sorrow that you might have buried down.

It’s ok to cry. It’s ok not to be ok. It’s ok to feel, all your emotions. Give your emotions a safe space Today.


We all carry some sorrow in our life. Sadness, grief and sorrow can happen for so many different reasons. Especially people who have experienced severe trauma in youth/ childhood or is currently being harmed. Whilst healing from the situations where you were left feeling powerless you will experience a lot of Grief, Sadness and Anger.


But this sorrow can become our worst enemy if not expressed...

Unexpressed sorrow, can manifest itself as physical pain, addictions, stress, autoimmune diseases and so much more.

Any emotions that we try to numb out becomes blocked, get stuck and stay in our system.


So Remember to hold space for all your emotions. Let’s create a world 🌎 were it’s ok to give, embrace and show all your emotions like sadness freely.
